Sorting, categorising and displaying

We are learning to gather, display and count data.  Today Mrs Fong tipped out some attribution blocks for us to sort out.  Cooper collected all the things with wheels.  Then we categorized them some more and displayed them in a a picture graph.  Take a look...

 We can see that there are 3 buses and more flat deck trucks
than any of the other things with wheels.

We can see that there are the same amount of tow trucks as there are fire trucks
 and the same number of cars as there are trains.

 (Disclaimer: Yes the axis is on the right and not the left as it should be.  This is simply because it was pre-drawn and the children sat where I was expecting the left side to be.  I just went with it rather than disrupt the lesson in moving them or drawing a new line).
